Michelle L. Fellows is a partner at Gould & Ratner LLP, a law firm with a passion for client service and an entrepreneurial spirit. Ms. Fellows' areas of practice include all aspects of real estate law and lending, including the representation of developers, lenders, management companies, and other corporate clients in commercial real estate transactions, leases, financing, land use issues, and related business matters. She is active in the acquisition, financing, development, and operation of a variety of commercial properties, including office, industrial, and residential projects.

In addition, Ms. Fellows is spending considerable time working with lenders and borrowers on loan modifications and workouts, including forbearance agreements, deeds in lieu of foreclosure and foreclosures.

A Board member of the Windy City Habitat for Humanity since 2008, Ms. Fellows has volunteered her time to a variety of professional and civic organizations including the Urban Land Institute, Chicago Real Estate Council, Chicago Bar Association, and Chicago Mortgage Attorneys Association.

A graduate of Cornell University, Ms. Fellows earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the George Washington University Law School, where she was an editor of the Journal of International Law.
